Schedule 8, condition 8105 — Work limitations — student visa

The holder must not engage in work in Australia other than: (a) work that is specified in a legislative instrument made by the Minister; or (b) work that is undertaken after the holder's course has commenced and for no more than the number of hours per fortnight that is specified in the instrument.
