2.10 Valid application — requirements
(1) For the purposes of subsection 46(1) of the Act, a visa application is valid if:
(a) it is made in the approved form; and
(b) it is accompanied by evidence that any visa application charge has been paid; and
(c) it is lodged at the place, and in the way, specified by the Minister for the purposes of this paragraph.
(2) The Minister may specify, by legislative instrument, the place and manner in which applications of a particular class must be lodged.
