2.72A Points test — Skilled — Nominated

(1) This regulation applies to an applicant for a Subclass 190 (Skilled — Nominated) visa.

(2) The points test for a Subclass 190 application is the points test under regulation 2.72, modified as follows:

(a) the pass mark for a Subclass 190 applicant is 65 points; and

(b) a Subclass 190 applicant is awarded 5 additional points on the points test if the applicant has been nominated by a state or territory government agency under the relevant nomination instrument.
