4.20 Response period for applications to be reviewed on the papers

For the purposes of paragraph 367H(2)(a), the following periods are prescribed:

(a) for an invitation given under subsection 367F(1) — within 28 days after the day the applicant is notified of the invitation;

(b) for an invitation given under subsection 367G(1) — within 14 days after the day the applicant is notified of the invitation.
