Schedule 8 — Visa Conditions
Schedule 8 to the Migration Regulations 1994 contains all numbered visa conditions. Conditions are imposed by the Schedule 2 criteria for each visa subclass and appear on the visa grant letter. Conditions restrict what the holder may do in Australia.

- Condition 8573 — No change of sponsor — Employer-sponsor restriction.
- Condition 8577 — Must not apply for permanent visa — Restriction on certain permanent visa applications.
- Condition 8579 — Employment in approved position only — Occupational restriction.
- Condition 8580 — Medical treatment only — Purpose of stay restriction.
- Condition 8581 — Study limited to 3 months — Visitor/guardian study limit.
- Condition 8588 — Working Holiday second/third year regional work — 417/462 regional work requirement.
