2.25 Bridging visas — work entitlements
(1) A Bridging Visa A holder is entitled to work in Australia if:
(a) the substantive visa that was held immediately before the bridging visa was granted included work entitlements; or
(b) the Minister has determined that the holder is entitled to work.
(2) A Bridging Visa E holder may be granted work rights if the holder can demonstrate that they need to work to meet their basic living needs.
(3) The Minister may impose, vary, or remove work conditions on a bridging visa at any time.
